Real estate photography should do more than prove that rooms exist. It should help people understand how a property feels, how it functions, and why its setting matters.

Services

What I shoot.

01

Property Photography

Interior + exterior coverage built around how the home actually shows: composition, vertical correction, color accuracy.

02

Video + Aerial

1:30–2:30 horizontal listing video, plus aerial photo and video for context on lots, acreage, and rural settings.

03

Rural Properties

Approach, access, outbuildings, acreage, water, and views — the parts of a rural property that buyers drive out to see.

04

Architectural Work

For builders, designers, and architects who want photography that respects the proportion, geometry, and material logic.

05

Twilight Sessions

That short window when interior light reads warm against a deep-blue sky. The most cinematic frame on most listings. $150 add-on.

06

Social Media Reels

Short vertical edits cut from listing video for agents who want to keep posting cadence without losing visual quality.

FAQ

Common questions.

How fast is delivery?

Final edited media is delivered through a private online gallery, with invoice included, usually within three business days of the shoot.

Do you require a deposit?

No deposit is required for most standard real estate shoots. Online card payment is preferred.

What’s your service area?

Lolo, Missoula, Bitterroot Valley, Hamilton, Stevensville, Florence, Victor, Darby, Frenchtown, the Flathead Valley, Kalispell, Whitefish, Polson, Seeley Lake, Helena, and Western Montana more broadly. Travel is built into custom quotes for properties beyond the immediate corridor.

Can you do twilight?

Yes — twilight is a $150 add-on or available stand-alone. Weather-dependent and aligned to a short window after sunset.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. I don’t build my business around penalties, but I do ask clients to be considerate with scheduling changes — at least 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling, whenever possible.
